3.1. Code Challenges: All code challenges, examples, and related content are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or reliability of the content.
3.2. Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal learning purposes only.
4. User Content and Conduct
4.1. User Solutions: By submitting solutions to our code challenges, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the code you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and store your solutions for Platform purposes.
4.2. Code of Conduct: Users must not:
- Share solutions that violate third-party rights or applicable laws
- Post inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to circumvent Platform security
- Share account access with others
5. Technical Requirements
5.1. Browser Compatibility: The Platform is optimized for modern web browsers. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
5.2. Performance: While we strive to maintain optimal performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or code execution environment.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
6.2. Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse Platform resources. Users will be notified of termination via email when possible.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
8.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform, including all content and services provided, is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReactPrep disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall ReactPrep or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReactPrep, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your user content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. DMCA Notice
If you believe that any content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please notify our designated copyright agent at reactprephelp@gmail.com. Your notice should include the information reasonably required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including:
- Your contact information
- An identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- An identification of the allegedly infringing content
